What we need
- Setup of selected CRM system (e.g. Airtable, Salsa CRM, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, Bloomerang, or Kindful) including a customized set of objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15)
- A customized set of views and reports to allow table-based editing and analysis of data (up to 15)
- Migration of Organization's current database to identified CRM system
- Training and guidelines on how to manage system and generate basic reports
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details
I am looking to set up an Airtable account to manage our list of scholarships. I am not very familiar with Airtable, but I'm excited to use it based on what I've read. I would be open to other options as well. Currently, we have an Excel document that is not sortable, but I am hoping to create a much more organized method of tracking upcoming scholarships, and a place to record new scholarship information as we find it.
What we have in place
- We currently have an Excel document that should make it easy for you to get started. A staff member is prepared to discuss a more in-depth vision for the project, as well as present obstacles to its ease of use.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to use that money towards our programs this year! In the meantime, we are working to make sure students have access to the distance learning supplies they need, such as internet and laptops.
This database will make it possible for all of our staff at Liberty's Promise to be aware of upcoming schloarship opportunities that they can pass along to their students! This will ensure that dates do not get lost or forgotten, and that they are updated in real time. Hopefully this list will be sortable, meaning that our staff will not have to read through every scholarship in order to find the ones that best fit when they have a certain student in mind.
