Fee-For-Service Strategy Sessions
Fee-For-Service Strategy Sessions
Project details
What we need
- 3-5 one hour strategy sessions identifying a fee-for-service activity that can complement the Organization's current mission and existing services
- A written summary of discussion and prioritized idea
- A starter plan of recommendations and actionable next steps for implementation
- Note: This project does not include creating a fundraising strategy to recruit donors or identify grant opportunities
Additional details
We have begun to implement an admin fee, with our beneficiaries. This is similar to a 'fee for service' yet, am concerned about language and most optimal srategy After 15years, a new strategy for building collaboration via admin/fee for service. Interested in establishing a 'fee for service' with our in-kind donors, primarily in the hospitality industry. Need help with strategy and above deliverables. 5 compelling stories would also support this reasoning for implementing.
What we have in place
- We currently have 6 beneficiaries who have agreed to an admin fee, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have strong reasoning for implementing a sustainable methodology, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,338 , allowing us to establish a sustainable practice to meet the critical needs of those living in poverty. Reserved spending by both donor and beneficiary is a glaring factor, particularly during this health crisis.
We currently work with more than 60 non-profits. We provide essential resources to improve our communities and our expertise is highly valued. Collaborative partnerships is KEY for sustaining our goals. The project will specifically create the critical elements for conveying the 'fee for service' model--highlighting the purpose and outcomes for positioning our non-profit for further success. Persuasive, clear, attractive, motivational approach for signing the 'deal'.

Testimonials
Extremely positive, reassuring professional advice on best practice for implementation of 'fee for service' fundraising strategy. Good listener. Sound approach that will effect the impact of our mission goals.
My experience working with Valerie was fabulous! She clearly is dedicated to her work, which inspired me. We had a great phone consultation. She was open to new ways of thinking and helped me understand her business model so I could offer my thoughts and advice in a useful way. I am happy to know I helped her advance her fee-for-service fundraising strategy and wish her and Keys For The Homeless Foundation all the success with this revenue model and their work.
