- Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details
Seeking a Salesforce admin/developer rockstar who can support AOB in improving our SF data-readiness for a larger project. Specifically, we need the tech know-how to customize objects, views, and reports; managing users, roles, and permissions; and install the latest updates and security. The small team that works in SF would like to meet weekly with you to work through an existing 'known problems' list and identify other easy ways we can level-up.
What we have in place
- We currently have a functioning SF database that needs minor adjustments, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a list of known issues we'd like to tackle, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to invest further in technology and training for young people to earn and learn remotely!
Over the next 18 months, AOB will significantly improve our data literacy and data management to support the organization's growth. Specifically, we want to: robustly support program collaboration, efficiency, data quality, and reporting; implement internal and external data security; streamline communications and relationship management; and improve financial reporting and analysis. This project will help us get ready to start that longer effort.
Project plan
Our mission
Arts on the Block (AOB) empowers creative youth to imagine and shape fulfilling futures, join the creative workforce, and contribute to the quality of life in their communities. We achieve our mission by providing real-world experiences, entrepreneurial training, and new pathways to learning and achievement in a working art studio designed for social inclusion.
What we do
AOB apprentices join one of our existing studio crews led by master teaching artists and supported by a team of management professionals. AOB crew members work their way up through summer intensives and year-round projects to produce large-scale public art. Along the way, they receive customized professional skills training, connect with our creative network, and pursue individualized plans for success in creative careers.
Testimonials
Jenni took the time to get to known our way of working and that paid off over the length of the project. We learned so much through the process and now are much smarter in managing our database. Thank you!
