Project details

What we need
  • 3-5 one hour calls with an events professional covering topics like concept, general structure, logistics, and target attendees
  • A written summary of topics discussed, including event concept and theme, general plan, estimated budget (optional), and articulated goals (feel free to use this template as a starting point)
  • Note: This project does not include on-site event coordination or support on the day of the event
Additional details

I need support in redesigning an event for 250+ youth into a virtual platform, More specifically, I'm looking for help to not only improve upon what we've done for four years in person, but also transition the November event to a virtual space.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a Program Director who has planned and worked on this project for 4 years. We have access to the target attendees. We have data from years in the past. We have a staff member who founded and directed this event in the past, a staff member who coordinates with attendees and a staff member who can help with logistics.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to purchase the online platform needed for the event and materials for the students.

Our goal is to support students with disabilities as they move from high school to life. This project will help us achieve our goals because in the past we reach 250 students/year and have data that shows it's meaningful to them. Helping us move this event online will not only allow us to continue serving students and schools during COVID, but also allow it to expand.
